Terms of service

What we are. Oyebola Global Consult is a CAC-registered consultancy. We prepare, file, and follow up applications with Nigerian agencies on your behalf. We are not a government agency, and final issuance decisions rest with the relevant agency — passports, for example, are issued by the Nigeria Immigration Service.

Your part. Provide accurate, complete details and genuine documents. We check submissions before filing and will contact you about anything that looks off, but the accuracy of what you supply remains your responsibility.

Timelines. Turnarounds shown per service are working-day estimates from when payment clears and your details are complete. Agency delays outside our control extend them; we keep you informed either way.

Payment. Prices are shown before checkout in ₦ (Nigeria) or $ (abroad). Where a government fee varies by case (for example NAFDAC product classes), we quote it in writing before filing.

Refunds. Covered by our refund policy — the short version: fees are non-refundable where incorrect details cause processing to fail, and refundable where we fail to deliver what we promised.
