Refund policy

Refundable. If we fail to deliver the service you paid for — and the failure is ours — you get your service fee back. If you cancel before processing starts, you get your service fee back.

Not refundable. Fees where incorrect or incomplete details you supplied cause processing to fail. Government fees already paid to an agency on your behalf. Orders where processing has begun and the agency has received your filing.

How it works. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your payment method within 7 working days.
