Privacy

What we collect. Your name, phone, email, the details each service form asks for, and any documents you upload. We collect only what the relevant agency needs to process your request.

How we use it. To process your order, file with the relevant agency (NIMC, CAC, SCUML, NAFDAC, NIS), send you status updates, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Documents. Uploaded documents are stored on private storage that is not publicly accessible, are visible only to staff processing your order, and are used solely for that order.

Sharing. Your details go to the government agency your service requires, and to our payment partner to process your payment. Nothing else, no one else.

Retention & your rights. We keep order records for as long as the law requires. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep — message us on WhatsApp.
