FAQ

Asked often. Answered plainly.

How do I pay?

Card, bank transfer, or USSD through our secure payment partner at checkout. Your order starts processing the moment payment clears, and your receipt arrives by email and WhatsApp.

How long does my service take?

Each service shows its own turnaround before you pay — NIN services typically run 24–48 hours; registrations run 3–7 working days. The clock starts when payment clears and we have your complete details.

How do I track my order?

Use Track order with the order number from your receipt. Every status change also lands in your email.

What if my details are wrong?

Fees are non-refundable where incorrect details cause processing to fail — so we check your submission before filing and message you on WhatsApp if anything looks off.

Do you serve Nigerians abroad?

Yes. Prices show in USD when you choose “Outside Nigeria”, documents are delivered as soft copies by email, and NIN reactivation needs no physical appearance.

Is my information safe?

Documents you upload are stored privately, are never public, and are used only to process your order.

Do you issue passports yourselves?

No — passports are issued by the Nigeria Immigration Service. We prepare and file your application, pay the correct government fees, and book your biometrics appointment.

Where are you accredited?

Oyebola Global Consult is a CAC-registered consultancy. Our registration details appear on your documents and receipts.

Can I change my order after paying?

Message us on WhatsApp before processing starts and we will correct it. Once filing has begun, changes follow the affected agency's rules.

What do I need to start?

Each service page lists exactly what to have ready before you pay — most need only your details and one or two documents.
